After an order is placed a confirmation email will be sent to the email address used to place the order. This will initiate the processing time. For All Ready To Wear / Diamond Collection Units a GLAM VERIFICATION FORM MUST be completed in entirety to initiate PROCESSING. If form is not completed order will be CANCELLED and REFUNDED back to purchaser.
Once processing time is complete ( normally 4-8 Business Days for all products EXCEPT the Diamond Collection 7-18 Business Days) your order will be prepared for shipment and a tracking number will be sent to you via email within 24-48 hours. Please read policies in entirety to familiarize yourself with payment, processing/shipping turnaround times and the refund/exchange policies.
Payments and Processing:
Payments : All accepted forms of payment are listed at checkout. Please make sure to keep both billing and shipping addresses on your debit/credit card the same in order to process your payment. Ensure that all information is accurate as once payment is complete orders may not be altered.
Note: * The billing address entered must also correspond with the billing address on the debit/credit card to correctly process payment.
***In order to process order terms and agreement must be agreed to upon checkout before transaction is complete. Billing and shipping addresses must match. This is to ensure authentication of purchaser and to protect TwelveSevyn Beauty, LLC against fraudulent chargeback/claims. If you are purchasing from the Ready To Wear/ Diamond Collections a GLAM VERIFICATION FORM must also be completed. If both of these processes are not followed order will be canceled and refunded.
Processing: *Please Allow (4 to 8 Business Days) for processing with 1-3 business day shipping turnaround on all hair extensions, Ready To Wear units and beauty merchandise (accessories, hot tools) for DOMESTIC orders. International shipping will follow same processing times with 3-10 Business day shipping turnaround.
All Diamond Collection units will require a 7-18 business day processing time and 1-3 business day shipping turnaround for delivery (DOMESTIC). International shipping will follow same processing times with 3-10 Business day shipping turnaround.
*Business Days-(Monday-Friday) excluding weekends and holidays: Example: If an order is placed over the weekend, the next applicable business day would be Monday).
Express Shipping: Beauty merchandise (Accessories and Lashes) depending on availability may be eligible for Express shipping (24-48hr processing, with 1-2 day shipping turnaround) DOMESTIC orders | INTERNATIONAL orders: will follow same processing times with 3-5 Business day EXPRESS shipping turnaround. All other products will be shipped with standard processing and shipping turnaround times listed above.

HOLIDAYS: Although orders can be placed on holidays via website, TwelveSevyn Beauty does not process or ship out orders on nationally recognized holidays. All orders will resume processing/shipping time the following business day. (Monday-Friday)
Tracking: Once items have been shipped out an email with an updated tracking number will be sent to the email on file within 24-48 hours. Additionally, once USPS/UPS has picked up the parcels, we are no longer responsible for the delivery of the item. Should you have any delivery concerns reach out to your nearest USPS/UPS facility. Signature confirmation is required on all hair extensions and custom unit orders.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Refunds and Exchanges: Due to sanitary reasons ALL SALES ARE FINAL on Wig Units, Hair Extensions, Accessories and Beauty merchandise. There are NO REFUNDS.
EXCHANGES are permitted ONE time only on unopened bundle extensions/frontal/closures, and certain beauty accessories within 2 days of delivery. Please make sure to read product description to verify if the beauty merchandise product is eligible for an exchange.To be eligible for an exchange the merchandise must be unopened, unaltered, and in its original packaging. Unless TwelveSevyn Beauty Company, LLC has sent an incorrect order, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Please make sure to include a tracking number for the item, as we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages.
If Merchandise has been tampered with in any form, Exchange will be REFUSED/ DECLINED and parcel will be mailed back to return address on file at buyers expense.
** It is completely normal to have small pin holes within the end of your lace from the T Pins used to pin down the unit while under construction and processing. This in no way will effect the installation, and customization of your wig units as these units are newly constructed and have great longevity. Refunds will not be accepted due to this reason, The NO refund POLICY will still apply to all Ready To Wear/ Diamond Collection Units.
By checking the terms and conditions box before checkout you are acknowledging that you have read all product descriptions/details processing and shipping time frames, and the NO refund policy along with the ONE time Exchange policy on unopened bundle extensions, frontal/closures or certain beauty accessories (hot tools) within 2 days of delivery. You the purchaser are also acknowledging that for all custom products you have measured and identified your correct size to the best of your knowledge and that TwelveSevyn Beauty, LLC is not responsible if there are any inaccuracies with your custom personal measurements in which you have used to purchase a product(s). TwelveSevyn Beauty, LLC is also not responsible for any allergies/medical related issues that may arise from a product purchased. Please check all ingredients within our products and assess if our products will best suit you. Lastly, You the purchaser (cardholder) are authorizing TwelveSevyn Beauty, LLC to charge the method of payment (debit/credit card) used for the products purchased on your behalf, and are acknowledging that you are fully aware that there are no chargebacks or refunds accepted by TwelveSevyn Beauty, LLC.
For approved and qualified exchange products credit will be issued within a 7-10 business day exchange window. You will be notified by email.
