What types/textures of Extensions do you offer?
We offer Raw Virgin hair extensions in the form of bundles and wig units, in textures straight, body wave, deep curly, and deep wave.
Does your hair extensions experience shedding?
Our hair extensions experience minimal shedding. This is absolutely normal and will not affect the volume or density of the hair.
What are your hair extension bundle recommendations?
We would advise lengths:
“14”-16" (2 Bundles)
“18-20” (3 Bundles)
"22-26" (4 Bundles)
“ 28”+ ( 5 Bundles)
*Adding Lace closures and frontals will not affect bundle recommendations. You may utilize more or less bundles according to preference.
Will I be limited on hair styling options ?
All of our extensions and wig units have unlimited styling options, you may cut, curl, bleach, color and use hot tools to achieve your desired look. Hot tools (up to 375 degrees recommended).
How long do your custom units and extensions last?
2+years with proper care
How do I take care of my hair ?
A good starting recommendation is to keep the hair extensions of moisture. This will prevent dryness/ tangling of extensions. We recommend washing and conditioning hair weekly-biweekly using Argan Oil hair products to keep hair moisturized and conditioned. A hair care card is included in each packaged order, see card for routine upkeep.
For our custom colored units a light cold wash/ Argan oil conditioning spray will help with upkeep/care of your unit.
What are the Differences between the Basic Closure/Frontal Effect, Frontal Effect, and Frontal Effect with BabyHair?
Basic Closure/Frontal Effect- Most Simplest type of customization, recommended for First time Wig Wearers, easy, low maintenance. No baby Hairs included just simple parting within the middle or side of the closure/frontal.
Frontal Effect: Closure/Frontal is plucked to look more realistic. Hairline is pushed back a tad bit to give a more natural scalp like appearance.
Frontal Effect W/ BabyHair- Same characteristics as the Frontal Effect with added baby hairs for a fun natural look.
What are Ready to Wear Units?
They are ready to wear wig units with standard measurements aimed for a standard size fitting. Sizes (S-L)They are ready to wear with little to no styling needed by the wearer. ( Pop on and GO).
What Are the Diamond Collection Units?
Our Diamond Collection consists of Custom Luxury Raw Units (Closure/Frontal, or Full Lace Wigs) constructed and tailored solely for the customer which includes their own preferred construction/styling preferences. (Colored, Bleached, Curled, Straightened) etc. These units are constructed and customized to its wearers needs.
What is the Difference between Full Lace and Closure/Frontal Wigs ?
Full lace Wigs- Gives you ultimate parting and styling versatility. You are able to part and wear your hair down the middle and other styles due to the lace base. Example: You are able to part and wear your hair all the down from forehead to nape.
Lace Frontal/ Closure Wigs- Also are very versatile with parting and styling . The only difference is the entire wig does not consist of 100% lace only the front portion contains the lace. These types of units allow parting and styling options towards the front of the head. Example: You are able to part and style your hair from forehead to apex (middle of your head ).
How do I know which products are best for me?

How long will my order take to process and ship?

What If I need to contact you outside of business hours?

How long should I wait for a response back?
Please allow 24-48 hours for responses to inquiries/concerns. We will make sure that you receive a response and are taken care of. Please exercise great patience as we reach back out. Thank you
May I contact you if I haven't received my package after its been shipped?
After TwelveSevyn Beauty, LLC has sent tracking info to designated email, we are not liable for any lost/damaged packages. Please contact the designated shipping carrier with provided tracking number that has been sent to your email for information regarding your purchase.
What am I agreeing to in the terms and conditions?
You the purchaser are agreeing to being held liable for purchases made on credit/debit card in your name, you are also agreeing that you have read all processing and payment policies and that you are knowledgeable about the FINAL sale, no return and exchange policies.
